Assistant Director

This position has been filled.

​

  • 18 and Older

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver license, willingness to transport children and act in various position roles as needed

  • Minimum of 2 years in leadership position, preferred in educational setting 

  • Proficient administrative, organizational, and business skills

  • Assist Director in managing daily operations

  • Act in role of office manager

  • Proven success in customer experience, retention, onboarding, training staff, planning budgeting, supervision, and mitigating family concerns

  • This person will not be afraid to lead or make tough effective decisions for the betterment of the business

  •  Skills: College degree in education required, high school diploma, experience teaching/tutoring/childcare, strong verbal/written communication, self-motivated, patient, problem-solving, behavior management experience, able to lift 50lbs, ability to bend, stand, and sit on floor, as well as knowledge of state licensing requirements

  • Create, follow, and implement curriculum

  • Lead aides in assisting the classroom 

  •  Own a working laptop or tablet that can be used while at work (required for some classes, but not all)

  • CPR /First Aid and MAT certified or willing to obtain certifications 

  • Monday - Friday flexible hours 

  • Meet qualifications and adhere to VA Licensing Standards.

 

Lead Teachers

Infant - School-Age Positions Available 

  • 18 and Older

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver license, willingness to transport children as needed

  •  Skills: College degree in education preferred, high school diploma, experience teaching/tutoring/childcare, strong verbal/written communication, self-motivated, patient, problem-solving, behavior management experience, able to lift 50lbs, ability to bend, stand, and sit on floor, as well as knowledge of state licensing requirements

  • Create, follow, and implement curriculum

  • Lead aides in assisting the classroom 

  •  Own a working laptop or tablet that can be used while at work (required for some classes, but not all)

  • CPR /First Aid and MAT certified or willing to obtain certifications 

  • Shift 8a-6p Monday - Friday 

  • Meet qualifications and adhere to VA Licensing Standards.

Aides & Drivers

Position 1: Assistant Teacher 

Position 2: Before School Morning Aide/ Driver

Position 3: After School Aide/ Driver

  • 16 and Older / 18 to drive children

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver license, willingness to transport children as needed

  •  Skills: College degree in education preferred, high school diploma, experience teaching/tutoring/childcare, strong verbal/written communication, self-motivated, patient, problem-solving, behavior management experience, able to lift 50lbs, ability to bend, stand, and sit on floor, as well as knowledge of state licensing standards 

  • Follow and Implement Curriculum 

  • Assist lead teacher with classroom needs

  • CPR /First Aid certified or willing to obtain certifications

  • Shifts Monday - Friday with varying days and hours to suit your needs and the school's 

  • Meet qualifications and adhere to VA Licensing Standards.

  • Shifts Monday - Friday with varying days and hours to suit your needs and the school's 

  • Meet qualifications and adhere to VA Licensing Standards.
